Hey there! Lentils are a legume. Much smaller than a bean, but definitely comparable. Try them sometime. I like to give them lots of flavor, as they are bland. I've got a Honey Baked Lentil meal coming in December, and also made Sweet and Sour Lentils and BBQ Lentils. You can search or look in the recipe index!
