A plea for help

I admit.

I have an obsession in life.

I adore red zinger tea.

It is the most perfect, delicious tea around.

I drink a cup a day. (1 tea bag + 1 splenda = bliss)

I am down to one ONE ONE ONE ONE ONE tea bag.

Why is that you may ask?

Well, no grocery stores here sell red zinger. They sell lemon zinger. wild berry zinger. raspberry zinger. But (sob) no (sob) red (sob) zinger.

I have purchased it in Publix in Florida and brought it home with me.

Most recently, someone found a box in a random fruit store and bought it for me.

However, I don't remember who bought it/which fruit store it was.

Hence, I am down to ONE ONE ONE ONE bag of tea.

And I am freaking out here, folks.

Please, someone.

Anyone.

Buy

me

red

zinger

tea.

I will pay a premium for it.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Hi Sara,
I did a search on their website and it said that:
Strack & Van Til Market
2627 N Elston Ave
Chicago, IL 60647-2018
(773) 2526400
carries Red Zinger. It is 5.5 miles away from your area.
Also, you can order the tea from their website at:

Hope this helps!

I was gonna say Amazon also. SIX 20-count boxes. That oughta hold you - right?

I do not like red zinger tea, and I just bought an assorted box that had some in it. Yuck-oh. I normally let it sit around until Pesach and then toss it. We could be trade partners ;)

I'm more of a black tea or green tea kinda girl, but if I ever see red zinger, I'll pick it up for you...

In my world, Celestial English Breakfast Black tea + 1 splenda = bliss + caffeine :)

If that Elston store is anywhere near Unique, kill two birds with one stone. My favorite thing to get me through the night at work is tea with a container of those hospital cranberry juices. Yum. It's like a sweetener.

Check out Ebay...1 person has more than 10 boxes available for $2.99! If, anyone goes to Colorado, more specifically Boulder, that is where their outlet store is located. Best of luck :)

Anon-
you got me all excited-the sellers are selling 20 BAGS for 2.99. Not 20 boxes. boo hoo.

Well it looks like everyone else has you pretty much covered. I was going to send you some but I think you are going to be overloaded with all these ideas of where to get some.

Btw, you can get almost all specialty food items online (trust me, been living that sad story for 5 years now)

I'm a new follower of your blog and wanted to just comment. :) I am amazed by your couponing skills and the food surplus you have built up!

Celestial Seasonings is in Boulder... that's oh, 4 hours from here. Someday I would like to tour their factory, I think it must smell beautiful there! I will have to look at the store next time I go to see if they carry it here... you sort of made me want a cup!
