BiPap breathing for you and the Blackhawks game on the Slingbox (thank you David and Rochie!)
Seriously though, Dovi's about the same. He's been on BiPap on pretty high settings all day with quite a bit of oxygen. Don't freak out, everyone. I have no concerns about him having a full recovery. What I have concerns about is the long term implications of this nasty pneumonia. His lungs are bound to suffer some pretty severe scarring from such a nasty pneumonia. I fear that this means that every time he gets a cold, he'll end up on BiPap. Yuck.
I've been saying that I hope that we'll be home for the weekend. Now I'm hoping for Monday.
I'm tired.

Oh, Shmov. Thinking about you and hoping this doesn't keep dragging on. Go Hawks!
Auntie Rebecca
I am not a fan of that picture. We are thinking of you and wishing we were there so we could be with him.
love, tamar
Keeping all of you in our thoughts - hoping for a much better day tomorrow!
oh dovi - we all miss you and wish you a speedy recovery. Let's home that the Blackhawks win to at least give you some happiness.
Sara, my son had a really, really bad pneumonia once with abscesses and fluid in his lungs. It was so bad that the doctors were going to take him to the OR straight from the CT! In the end, they decided to do 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. BH he recovered completely and there was no scarring whatsover to his lungs. The doctors were really surprised because his CT had been so bad. I hope Dovi also recovers completely and that his lungs are none the worse after this is over.
feel better soon! we're thinking of you.
