Explanation about the Tefillin

When a Jewish boy turns 13, he begins wearing Tefillin.

    I cannot believe that it's time for Dovi's Bar Mitzvah! I LOVED seeing his tefillin! We've come a long long way from the teeny babies we had in Peds Clinic.
