I'm taking laPetiteDesk to work tomorrow and
begging and groveling asking the guys to hack off the mission spindles. Maybe they'll have some beadboard hanging around. Or some plywood and molding. Ooh I'm getting excited.
For those of you who don't know, I work at a custom cabinetry shop.

To answer your question quickly, I'm sure your area has garage sales listed in the newspaper. Most of them do, so get a paper on Friday and check for Sat. sales. You will be amazed at all of them out there. Also, check Craigslist for your area on garage sales too. Most are advertised, but sometimes you'll just be driving by & spot the signs.
