I was wrong

A very helpful anonymous commenter corrected me:
Illinois does not rank 45th in services to the special needs population.
Illinois ranks 51st (include District of Columbia)
As in dead last.
Smashing.
Why do we live here?

    Don't worry - Florida is near the bottom in education AND I'm a teacher and I live here. There's no rhyme or reason, but you're not alone.
